Anti-Abuse Policy

Net-Chinese Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Registrar) is committed to stabilizing the top-level domain names. According to the requirements of ICANN and the Registry-Registrar Agreement, the following domain name anti-abuse policies are followed. If the registrant violates the following matters, the Registrar or each domain name registration authority has the right to freeze or delete the domain name or terminate the network related services:

• You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner that:

• 1.

  Sale of medicines: Listed as an illegal drug site by The Leading Source of Internet Pharmacy Verification.
  
  Violates the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act of 2008 or similar legislation, or promotes, encourages or engages in the sale or distribution of prescription medication without a valid prescription;

  Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;

• 3.

  Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking or cracking;

• 4.

  Phishing:Use a falsified web interface to steal users ’confidential data, such as usernames, passwords, or financial data.Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity;

• 5.

  URL forwarding:Websites or services that are directed to scams without the user`s knowledge are usually characterized by DNS hijacking or poisoning

• 6.

  Abuse distribution of malware:Distribute software without user`s permission to infiltrate and destroy computer systems. This includes, but is not limited to, computer viruses, worms, bugs, keyboard monitoring records, and Trojan horse or other code files or programs;

• 7.

  Fast traffic dominates:Use fast-traffic technology to obscure the location of websites and other web services, or to avoid detecting, erasing records, or leading illegal activities. Fast-traffic technology often uses DNS to change the network location of a host or domain name server. Fast traffic domination can only take place if allowed by the authority.

• 8.

  Botnet attack:When operating a domain name, control the infected computer system or directly deny service as an attack (DDoS attack).

• 9.

  Promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children;

• 10.

  Anything that may be attempted to invade the system (for example: port scanning, secret scanning or other information gathering activities).

• 11.

  Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property;

• 12.

  Violates the Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 or similar legislation, or promotes or facilitates prostitution and/or sex trafficking;

• 13.

  Violates the privacy or publicity rights of another User or any other person or entity, or breaches any duty of confidentiality that you owe to another User or any other person or entity;

• 14.

  Interferes with the operation of this Site or the Services found at this Site;

• 15.

  Contains false or deceptive language, or unsubstantiated or comparative claims, regarding Net-Chinese Co., Ltd.
